A glass containing 5 to 25 mass % of PO, 0 to 15 mass % of BO, 0 to 5 mass % of SiO+GeO, 21 to 50 mass % of BaO+SrO, 0 to 3 mass % of LiO+NaO+KO, and 35 to 65 mass % of NbO, not substantially containing PbO, satisfying NbO/(BaO+SrO)=0.85 to 2.20, having a dielectric constant of 15 or greater, a dielectric loss of 10.0×10or less, and a resistivity of 1.0×10Ω·cm or more.
