Abstract
The invention is based on a rechargeable battery-operated hand machine tool () having an electric drive motor () accommodated in a housing () and powered by a rechargeable battery (), which motor is used to drive a tool (), and having an actuating means () for switching the drive motor () on and off. A mechanism () is provided, which is capable of reducing the discharging of the battery () during operation.
