Abstract
Upper and lower casings () are coupled together and are fixed to a holder () by a bolt (B). The upper casing () has an upper wall () with a bolt hole () and the lower casing () has a bottom wall () with a bolt hole (). A cylindrical collar () is molded with the bottom wall () of the lower casing () and projects from the edge of the bolt hole (). The collar () has a length to penetrate through the bolt hole () in the upper wall () of the upper casing (). The collar () has a step () for supporting a lower surface of a bolt head (Bb) of the bolt (B) and inward projection () for engaging an upper surface of the bolt head (Bb). Thus, the bolt head (Bb) is held rotatably between the step () and the inward projection ().
