Abstract
A method of producing a phosphor plate comprising the step of vapor depositing a phosphor raw material on a substrate to form a phosphor layer on the substrate in a vacuum container of a vapor deposition apparatus, wherein the vapor deposition is carried out in an atmosphere of a fluorinated solvent gas having a partial pressure of 5×10to 5×10Pa.
