Abstract
An apparatus () for mowing vegetation is disclosed herein. The apparatus () generally includes a reel mechanism () and a cutting mechanism (). The reel mechanism () preferably includes a plurality of reel bars () that rotate in a first direction. The cutting mechanism () preferably includes a plurality of cutting blades () that rotate in a second direction opposite of the first direction. Each of the plurality of cutting blades () is preferably disposed concentrically within the plurality of reel bars ().
