The invention is directed to rubber mixtures comprising rubber, fillers, optionally further rubber auxiliaries and at least one organosilane of the general formula I:RRRSiR—SH  (I)wherein: The rubber mixtures according to the invention are prepared by mixing rubber, filler, optionally further rubber auxiliaries and at least one organosilane of the general formula I. The rubber mixtures can be used for the production of shaped articles.
