Abstract
A metal filmis disposed between a permanent magnetand a rotor yoke, and the permanent magnetand the rotor yokeare subjected to beam welding. Since the metal filmis disposed between the permanent magnetand rotor yoke, and the metal filmas a laser beam irradiated portion is melted by vacuum beam or laser beam, the metal filmhas brazing metal function in welding, so that the connection between the permanent magnetand the rotor yokeis strong. Since there is no need of embedding the permanent magnetin the rotor yokeand there is no need to use polymer adhesives, the cost can be reduced.
