Abstract

A method for treating an adenocarcinoma excluding colon cancer, lung cancer and gastric cancer, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof and suffering from adenocarcinoma cancer, a pharmaceutically effective amount of at least one sulfoquinovosylacylglycerol compound represented by formula (1): wherein Rrepresents an acyl residue of an unsaturated higher fatty acid, and Rrepresents a hydrogen atom, and/or at least one pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
