Abstract

Compounds and compositions of the following formula: and analogs and stereoisomers thereof (and pharmaceutically acceptable carriers). Additionally disclosed is a method of inhibiting hypoxia-inducible factor-1 function in a patient or sample thereof, comprising administering to the patient or sample an effective inhibiting amount of a compound or composition of the present invention.
