A light adjusteris comprised of a pair of PET filmsandthat sandwich a liquid crystal layertherebetween, transparent electrically conductive filmsandthat are provided on respective facing surfaces of the pair of PET filmsand, and an electrode structure provided at one end of the light adjuster. The electrode structure is comprised of a silver pastethat is applied to an exposed part of the transparent electrically conductive film, a metallic layerformed of a copper tape that is stuck on the upper surface of the silver paste, and a connectorformed of a copper tape that is connected to the metallic layer. Further, the connectoris stuck on a sleevethat accommodates a lead linethat supplies power from an external power source, not shown.
