Abstract

A displacement electrode cooperates with four switch electrodes on a substrate to form respective switches SWto SW. When all of the switches SWto SWare on, no X- and Y-axial outputs are activated and only a Z-axial output is activated. On the other hand, when at least one of the switches SWto SWis off, no Z-axial output is activated and only X- and Y-axial outputs are activated.
