Abstract

Compounds of the formula I: and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof wherein X is N, Y is S, Z is —(CRR)—, A is —NR, m is 2, n is 1, q is 2, Ris optioinally substituted aryl or optionally substituted heteroaryl, and p, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, R, and R, are as defined herein.
