Abstract
In a light-emitting diode carrier, a plurality of light-emitting diodesare mounted on the rear sideof the light-emitting diode carrier and project into a plurality of openings. During operation, the light-emitting diodesradiate through the openingsof the light-emitting diode carrier. A filmis applied on the front sideof the light-emitting diode carrier, said film being transmissive to the radiation emitted by the light-emitting diodes and protecting the light-emitting diode carrier from ambient influences.
