Abstract
To provide a centralized control system for defending and taking countermeasures against an illegal access. A network devicedetects an illegal access packet Ptransmitted from an illegal accessor's terminal, and transfers an encapsulated packet Pof the illegal access packet Pto a data center. A control systemin the data centeranalyzes the packet P, encapsulates a response packet Pfrom a decoy serverpretending to be a response from a target server to be attackedto acquire a packet P, and then transmits the packet Pto the network device. The network devicedecapsulates the packet Pso as to extract a response packet P, and transmits the response packet Pto the illegal accessor's terminal. The illegal accessor's terminal, upon reception of the response packet P, would believe that the response packet Pshould be transmitted from the server, and start to illegally access the decoy server
