Abstract
A handheld scanning subsurface detector () includes a detector module () and a computing unit () located in handheld housing (), a guide () for guiding the detector module () at a predetermined distance over a to-be-analyzed wall surface (), at least one path sensor () connected to the computing means () and connected, in a controlling manner, to the detector module () by controlling means (). A corresponding control method is also described.
