Abstract
A compound having the general structure shown in Formula (I): or pharmaceutically acceptable salts and/or solvates thereof are useful in treating diseases or conditions mediated by NKreceptors, for example various physiological disorders, symptoms or diseases, including emesis, depression, anxiety and cough.
