Abstract
A receiver () for a condenser system () includes a body () in fluid communication with a header () of the condenser system (). A first cap () is coupled to an end () of the body () and has a saddle portion () coupled to the header (). The receiver () further includes a tube section () coupled to a second end () of the body. A second cap () is removably interconnected with the tube section () following insertion of a service cartridge () into the body (). The service cartridge () includes a substantially-rigid tubular member () having rib members () radially extending from an outer surface () of the tubular member ().
