Abstract

In the mobile telephonerelating to the present invention, a control sectionperforms control for switching between a non-active state which refuses inputs to an application program, and an active state which permits inputs to an application program. Moreover, the control sectionperforms control for switching the execution state of the application program from the non-active state to the active state, in accordance with instructions from an input section. The control sectionfurther performs control for switching the execution state of the application program from the non-active state to the active state, in accordance with a function contained in an application program.
