Abstract
An applicator dispenser () includes a) a receptacle () forming a reservoir () having a sidewall (), an upper dome () with a plurality of orifices (, b) a cap () including a head () and a side skirt (), and c) an application element () for the powder housed between the head () and the element dome (). The application element () is fixed to the cap () to form an applicator (). It has an H/D shape factor equal to at least 1.5, so that the applicator dispenser () is longitudinal and has an axial direction (), where H is the height and D denotes its maximum transverse dimension.
