Abstract
At both ends of a waveguidehaving a plurality of cores, light emitting elementsand light receiving elementsare disposed so as to face end faces of the cores. A switchis overlapped over the waveguide. In the switch, switching windowseach can be switched between a state where light propagating through the coreis passed and a state where the light is reflected are arranged in the vertical and horizontal directions, and the switching windowsare arranged along the top faces of the cores. A test boardhaving a plurality of channelsin each of which a metallic thin filmis formed is disposed over the switch, and receptorsare fixed on the metallic thin filmin the channels. A specimen containing a specific ligand is passed in each of the channels
