Abstract
New compounds having an electron transferring capability, and an electrophotographic photoreceptor including the new compounds are disclosed. The compound according to the present invention is represented by the following Formula 2: where R, Rand Rare independently selected from the group consisting of a substituted or unsubstituted Cto Calkyl group, a substituted or unsubstituted Cto Calkoxy group, a substituted or unsubstituted Cto Caryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted Cto Caralkyl group, and a halogen; m is 0 or an integer of 1 to 4; and n is 0 or an integer of 1 to 5. These compounds can be used an electron transferring material of an undercoating layer or a photoconductive layer of an electrophotographic photoreceptor. The electron transferring material of the invention produces an electrophotographic photoreceptor having improved electrical characteristics.
