An azobenzene derivative compound denoted by general formula (I): (wherein Rdenotes a hydrogen atom, halogen atom, cyano group, amino group, ester group, nitro group, alkyl group, alkoxyl group, cycloalkyl group, or heterocyclic group; m and n each independently denote an integer ranging from 1 to 6; Rto Reach independently denote a hydrogen atom or alkyl group; p and q each independently denote an integer ranging from 3 to 28; and r denotes 0 or 1). Particles formed by aggregates of the above azobenzene derivative compounds and method of fabricating the same.
