Abstract
A method for determining the operating parameters of a system for cooling articles. The temperature of the articles, as they leave a chamber, is predicted. The prediction is made on the basis of operating parameters of the chamber, thermodynamic and physical characteristics of the chamber, and thermodynamic and physical characteristics of the articles. The method may be used to determine the operating parameters for food freezing tunnels.
