Abstract
A connector has a male housing () with a receptacle () and a moving plate () is disposed in the receptacle (). A female housing () can fit in the receptacle () and in the moving plate (). First cam followers (F,R) project in from the inner peripheral surface of the receptacle (). Second cam followersF,R project out from the outer peripheral surface of the moving plate () towards the inner peripheral surface of the receptacle (). A lever () is mounted rotatably on the female housing (). Outer surfaces of the lever () have first cam grooves (F,R) for engaging the cam followers (F,R) of the receptacle () and inner surfaces of the lever () have second cam grooves (F,R) for engaging the cam followers (F,R) of the moving plate ().
