Abstract
There is provided an industrial robot having no interference of a cable for an end effector or the like with a peripheral apparatus. An end effectoris fixed to a wrist flangethrough an intermediate member. The intermediate membertakes the shape of a crankshaft in which a first flangeattached directly to the wrist flange, a second flangeprovided at a predetermined interval in parallel with the first flangeand attached directly to the end effector, and two membersandfor coupling the first and second flangesandare arranged symmetrically.
