Abstract

The invention relates to the field of components with optical fibers and of associated optical fibers. The invention relates, on the one hand, to a component with optical fiber including an at least partly bent optical fiber () which successively comprises, from the center to the periphery, an optical core () based on silica, an optical cladding () based on silica, and a coating () having a transparency to infrared radiation larger than 85%.
