To prevent accidental discharge from a cartridge, a dispenser for the dental viscous material comprises a guide shafthaving a cylindrical partat a front end thereof, a guide memberhaving a large diameter partand a small diameter parton the rear side of the cylindrical part, and a knob for rotating the guide shaftat a rear end, a slide blockhaving a release plate, and piston shafts, a housinghaving pressing springs, which press piston shafts, and a lever main bodyhaving a lever partrotatable by a predetermined angle from a position in parallel to the housingand a pressing pieceprojected under the front side of the lever part, to constitute a mechanism of switching of discharge state and discharge release state.
