A top end portion of a rotating shaftof a turning machineis engaged with an engaged concave portionprovided to a hub. A turning process is applied to an outer side surface of a rotary flangewhile turning the hubaround the outer ringby the rotating shaft, and thus the outer side surface is processed in predetermined shape and dimension.
