Abstract

The invention concerns a fluid dispensing device, characterised in that it comprises: a dispensing member () including: a conduit () allowing through a transporting liquid (), a valve () fixed to one of the ends () of said conduit, a dispensing needle () arranged at the other end (), means for measuring the flow rate () of the transporting liquid () in the conduit, control means () for circulating the said liquid through said conduit in one direction or the other, and electronic means () reacting to said measuring means () and acting both on said valve () and said control means () to cause a specific amount of fluid () to be sucked into the needle (), and then to be restored.
