Abstract
The present invention provides cycloalkylfused indole, benzothiophene, benzofuran, and indene derivatives, and methods for using them to, for example, treat, prevent and/or ameliorate central nervous system diseases by antagonizing 5-HTreceptors and modulating serotonin levels.
