Abstract
A rotary shaper tool for use in conjunction with a power tool used to rotate the shaper tool in which a cutter panel is formed about a cylindrical framework. The cutter panel is formed with rows or sets of cutter teeth and an array of vent holes. Chips formed by the engagement of the spinning cutter panel with a wooden workpiece pass to the interior of the shaper tool and are ejected from the vent holes remote from the area of engagement.
