Abstract

An electropyrotechnic initiator includes a pyrotechnic charge (), the charge () containing at least one compound. It also includes a box () of plastic material including two sub-assemblies. The first sub-assembly () includes a plastic wall () integral with a bottom () also made of plastic and forming a content. The second plastic sub-assembly () having a main axis () is traversed by at least two pins () along the direction of the axis (). These pins () are connected together by an electric bridge () on a face () of the sub-assembly (). This face () is hollowed symmetrically over a height H and a width L. The second sub-assembly () forms a socket. The first () and second () sub-assemblies are assembled hermetically by ultrasonic welding.
