Abstract
A method of manufacturing the lens substrate with straight light control portionsA that is provided with a plurality of convex lenses (microlenses)on a surface thereof and is used so that light enters the lens substrate from the side of the surface thereof on which the plurality of convex lensesare provided includes the steps of: preparing a substrate having a plurality of concave portions on one surface thereof; forming the plurality of convex lensesusing the substrate having the plurality of concave portions; and forming a straight light control portionin the vicinity of the apex of each of the plurality of convex lenses.
