Abstract
The invention relates to a method and device for the drilling, in particular the percussive drilling or rotary percussive drilling of holes () in the ground or in rock, a bore hole () being formed by a drill bit () that is mounted on a drill pipe (), by a percussive and/or rotary movement. Several drill points (), which can be coupled to the drill pipe () and driven independently of one another, are provided on the drill bit (). According to the invention, the drill points () can be uncoupled from their rigid coupling to the drill pipe () upon completion of the drilling process and can be displaced towards the centre of the bore hole (), thus permitting the entire drill bit () together with the drill points () and the drill pipe () to be simply and reliably removed upon completion of the bore hole ().
