Abstract
A magnification correction deviceincludes magnification correction optics, a pressure adjustment deviceand a controller. The magnification correction opticsis formed in a shape of a box with a glass plateand a bottom platepositioned parallel to the glass plateand a frame. The inside of the box is an air roomconnected to a pressure adjustment devicevia a connecting pipeso that the pressure of the inside can be changed. The cylinderis driven by a motorvia a linear movement unitsuch as a ball screw and the motoris controlled by a controller. The moving distance of cylinder, which is equal to the moving distance of the piston, is decided by the number of the revolutions of the motor, and the capacity of the closed circuit of the pressure adjustment deviceis also decided.
