To provide a connecting rod assembly and a bearing-equipped connecting rod both manufacturable easily and inexpensively, a connecting rod assemblyincludes a plurality of separate rod segmentsA andB each having a big end portion, a small end portionand a shank portionintervening between the big and small end portionsand. The separate rod segmentsA andB are laminated together to provide a laminated rod structureand a ring memberis press-fitted to each of the big and small end portionsandof the respective separate rod segmentsA andB forming the laminated rod structureto thereby integrate the separate rod segmentsA andB together.
