Abstract
Electrolytic solution which contains sulfuric acid and is stored in an electrolytic solution storageof a caseis caused to be retained in an electrolytic solution retainer. A reference electrodeand a counter electrodeare printed on the underside of the electrolytic solution retainer. The reference electrode, the counter electrode, and the electrolytic solution retainerare thus formed into a single component, with the reference electrodeand the counter electrodebeing formed simultaneously. Electrode pinsare brought into contact with the reference electrode, the counter electrode, and a detection electrode. The electrode pinsare made of tantalum. A contact portionand a lead portionof each electrode pinare formed as a seamless, integral body.
