Abstract
A height adjusting device, wherein a pinion gear () rotated by an operating knob () for adjusting the height of the entire vehicle seat and a sector gear () are covered by a gear cover () and fixedly fitted to the inside of a seat side frame section (), and a rotating shaft () of the operating knob () and a supporting pin () of the sector gear () are held by both the seat side frame section () and the gear cover () at their opposite ends.
