A thermal ink jet printhead () for the emission of drops of ink on a print medium () comprises a tank () containing ink (), a lamina (), a groove () and a plurality of ejectors (), each of which comprises in turn a chamber () placed laterally with respect to the groove (), and fluidly connected thereto by means of a plurality of elementary ducts () produced on said lamina ().
