Abstract

A high-pressure a radial piston fuel pump in which the intake valves are embodied as ball valves, which has an advantageous effect on the efficiency of the high-pressure fuel pump. Moreover, the production and assembly of the high-pressure fuel pump of the invention are simplified by the use of ball valves.
