Abstract

A communication group is activated within a communication system () including an administrator device () and at least one subordinate device (). Each subordinate device () is programmed with a set of operation rules dependent upon communication source (), information content (), current time (), or geographic location (). The administrator device () dynamically changes the stored set of operation rules for the subordinate device () by communicating a change message.
