Abstract

A laminating and mounting system include a pouch () made of thermal laminating film () and a thermal adhesive () on a surface () both inside the pouch and outside the pouch. A first substrate (), like a print, is placed within a chamber () of the pouch (). The pouch () is attached or aligned with a backer board, a rigid substrate (). The assembly comprising the pouch (), print () and backer substrate () are laminated in one pass by a laminating machine () that applies both heat and pressure.
