Abstract

This invention is directed to heterocyclyl-substituted anilino phospholipase C inhibitor compounds useful in treating or ameliorating an inflammatory disorders and/or restenosis of the general formula (I): and enantiomers, diastereomers and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. The present invention is further directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising the compounds of the present invention and to methods for treating conditions affected by phospholipase modulation.
