Abstract
An insert component () is located at a predetermined position between a pair of halves of a mold () in an open state while being held by a support () for holding the insert component () outside the mold. A tubular molten resin () is extruded through a die () between the pair of halves of the mold () to dispose the insert component () in the interior space () of the molten resin ().
