Abstract
An apparatus for cutting a material underwater is disclosed where the apparatus uses a mixture of abrasive material in a non-aspirated suspension mixed with a high pressure fluid, e.g. seawater. It is emphasized that. this abstract is provided to comply with the rules requiring an abstract which will allow a searcher or other reader to quickly ascertain the subject matter of the technical disclosure.
