Abstract
A modular jack () includes an insulative housing () having a base wall () and a peripheral lateral wall () projecting in generally normal relation from the base wall to define an interior cavity (), a number of conductive contacts () fastened to the outer side of the lateral wall and extending into the interior cavity, and an insulative spacer () installed in the interior cavity for positioning the contacts therein.
