Abstract
A system for measuring a figure of a workpiece includes an application server (). The application server includes a hardware detecting module () for detecting hardware after system activation and for determining whether any error occurs in the hardware. An error prompting module () is provided for generating a dialog box to prompt a user to maintain the system. A measuring module () is provided for measuring the figure of the workpiece, and for comparing measuring results. A measuring result output module () is provided for outputting measuring results in text form. A related method is also provided.
