Abstract

Device for locking and unlocking at least one interface card plugged into a socket of a receiving system () linked to a data processing system. The device () comprises a box () mounted to the receiving system () and receiving at least one sliding locking/unlocking element (-) for locking/unlocking interface cards. Each of elements (-) is disposed opposite a socket in a position that blocks the access to or removal of an interface card. Each element (-) comprising an element for controlling the power supply () of the card, a visual element for indicating the operation and the recognition of the card, and a detecting element for detecting the intent to unlock the card. The device () includes a communication element that makes it possible to transmit signals between the data processing system and the device.
