Abstract

An ice making section of a stream down type ice making machine for enabling easy cleaning between a pair of ice making plates and for enabling individual replacement of every component, thereby reducing the cost of replacement. A plurality of mounting membersare provided on an evaporation pipein parallel being separated at a predetermined interval in the extending direction of a linear part. Each of parts to be engagedis formed at an open end of each mounting member. At an open end of each ice making memberformed into generally U-shaped by bending, each engagement partwhich is engageable with and disengageable from the part to be engagedis formed. By assembling the ice making memberbetween the mounting membersadjacent to each other so as to engage each engagement partwith the corresponding part to be engaged, a first ice making section is configured so that the pair of ice making plates are oppositely arranged across the evaporation pipe
