Abstract
An ice making section of a stream down type ice making machine for enabling easy cleaning between a pair of ice making plates and for enabling individual replacement of every component, thereby reducing the cost of replacement. A plurality of mounting membersare provided on an evaporation pipein parallel being separated at a predetermined interval in the extending direction of a linear part. Each of parts to be engagedis formed at an open end of each mounting member. At an open end of each ice making memberformed into generally U-shaped by bending, each engagement partwhich is engageable with and disengageable from the part to be engagedis formed.
