Abstract
With a display device in which a main display component is supported in a tilted orientation by a stand unit, the leg of the stand unit will not be pushed in, causing the main display component to readily fall over backwards, even if the main display component in a tilted orientation should be accidentally pushed by hand. A stand unit A has a slideraffixed to the upper end of a leg, a casethat houses the slider, and a slider position restriction meansfor restricting the sliderto two positions: an upper position and a lower position.
